TurboRail is a high-performance, temporary fall prevention system designed to protect workers at leading edges during roofing and construction projects. Meeting OSHA standard 1926.502(b), TurboRail eliminates the need for personal harness systems while allowing full access to the roof edge—greatly improving productivity. Its modular design allows for quick, tool-free installation, reducing labor time while maintaining compliance. The adjustable yellow stanchions are powder-coated for visibility and built to meet OSHA height requirements, providing reliable, reusable protection job after job.
At the core of the system is the versatile Combo Clamp, engineered to securely attach to parapet walls ranging from 6.75” to 24.5” thick. Made from durable zinc-plated steel, the clamp can be adjusted or converted into a screw-down bracket for non-standard edge conditions. TurboRail also supports multiple stanchion and rail configurations, including loop-end rails, 2×4 lumber, or Garlock’s preformed GuardRail 200™ system. With faster setup and teardown than traditional wood-built systems, TurboRail offers unmatched flexibility, efficiency, and long-term value for construction crews who need fast, OSHA-compliant edge protection.
