Rail ReSizerTM
Resizes any RailGuard 200 preformed rail to a shorter length with 4 quick cuts. No measuring required to make the rail the perfect length to fit the application.
- Infinitely adjustable, a standard 10’ rail can be resized from 9.5’ all the way down to 2.5’
- Ideal solution to keep on a job site where overall dimensions vary

Cart & Transport Equipment for Setup Efficiency
Centurion CartTM
Ensure proper organization and readiness of RailGuard 200™ components. This system is designed to accommodate up to eight base plates and seven rail sections. It is equipped with an integrated winch mechanism to facilitate the lifting of base plates. Additionally, the unit includes a lifting ring for hoisting purposes, toolbox for pins and tools, mount for Base Transporter and toeboards.

Specialty Railing
Edge “Bump-Out” Railings
The Bump-Out Railing system is designed to ensure comprehensive edge protection by extending the railing to the roof’s edge. This versatile system can also reach over low parapet walls or wrap securely around roof hatches situated near edges, providing enhanced safety and flexibility for rooftop environments.
Finish Railings
The Finish Rail system is designed to securely terminate railings at walls, ladders, or other structures. An outrigger railing system is required at termination points.
Mounting Accessories & Safety Enhancements
Dual Rail Clamp
The dual rail clamp secures vertical tubes to join two rails with a 6-inch rail spacing. This clamp works for both the RailGuard 200™ and Fit-Rite™ Safety Rail
systems and available in 6 inch or 4.50 inch.
Uneven Grade Adapter
The Uneven Grade Adapter is designed to level rails and ensure OSHA compliance, featuring six height adjustment holes. It includes two clevis pins and is finished in a safety yellow.
Standing Seam Standoff Plate
The standing seam standoff plate for metal bases measures 26” x 27” and includes rubber feet. The base must be bolted to the deck plate using locally provided hardware.
Ballast Weight
The ballast weight, weighing 58 lbs, is designed for additional wind loading in geographic locations with higher wind speeds. Made of cast iron with a galvanized finish.

Slide Gate
The RailGuard 200™ Slide Gate is fully OSHA compliant, meeting requirements 196.502 (b), 1910.28 (b), and 1910.29(b) for fall protection in loading areas. Designed to minimize fall hazards, the Slide Gate ensures safe and secure access when used properly. Workers remain protected by operating the gate only from the designated Latching and Activation Areas, keeping the Loading Area clear at all times. With its locking pin and hasp system, the Slide Gate provides reliable safety while maintaining OSHA compliance.
