The Everlast™ 300 Warning Line System provides a permanent, OSHA-compliant rooftop safety solution that meets OSHA Requirement 1926.502(f)(2) with third-party verification. Built with non-penetrating metal bases and adhesive pads, this system preserves roof integrity while establishing a reliable visual safety perimeter. Each kit includes three bases, stanchions, pins, 100 feet of plastic-coated stainless-steel cable, and durable hard plastic pennants with anti-UV additives for long-lasting visibility in harsh conditions.
Designed for flexibility, the Everlast 300 covers a standard 66-foot layout with 33-foot spacing between stanchions and can be expanded into a stand-alone 100-foot run with the addition of an end stanchion, base, and pin. Available in two finish options, safety yellow or galvanized with zinc-plated stanchions for corrosion resistance.

Application Considerations for Modular Warning Line Layouts
Everlast™ 300 warning line kits are designed for modular rooftop safety layouts, allowing multiple kits to connect seamlessly. Each kit includes 100 feet of warning line but does not come with the final stanchion needed to complete a standalone run. To create a single 100-foot segment or end a run properly, purchase one additional base and stanchion separately.
