The PalletFlow Pro™ is the ideal solution for high-throughput pallet flow systems in elevated pick modules and distribution centers. Engineered to meet and exceed OSHA 1910.29(b), 1926.502(b), and ANSI 6.4.3 standards, this self-closing gate provides reliable fall protection without interrupting workflow. Each side of the double-wide bay is independently protected, so if one lane becomes unusable, the adjacent lane stays fully operational. With a bright safety yellow powder-coated finish, workers can easily align pallets with precision while staying protected at the pick face.
Built for maximum durability and minimal maintenance, the PalletFlow Pro™ features a fold-away design that reduces damage risk and virtually eliminates costly part replacements. The gate ships mostly preassembled; including axles, pivot points, and springs-for fast, bolt-on installation without stressing rack uprights. Unlike traditional solutions, the PalletFlow Pro™ maintains full lane access and productivity while offering OSHA-compliant passive protection that doesn’t rely on human action.

While loading pallet onto the pallet picking area
Pallet is being pushed into the pallet picking area. Once the pallet is securely positioned in the picking area, the gates raise automatically, ensuring that the area is safe for workers to access the goods.
After loading pallet onto the pallet picking area
Pallet is now securely placed in the picking area, and the gate has automatically risen into the up position. Workers can retrieve goods without any risk of falling, providing peace of mind and compliance with safety standards.
